Again, Elan isn't my favourite company. While the plastic didn't stick of a cold morning and they were easy to do up
and undo (minimizing down time between runs) the clips are very loose. I almost lost the board while I was on the chairlift
because the straps came very loose. This even happened with the normal movements during snowboarding. Lack of toe plates caused
problems with toe drag (this is only a concern if you have paddles for feet though). The highbacks fold down for compact storage,
but they are not clipped securely to the footplate at the back, compromising the support the highbacks give.
